Before pics...

So I have always had a distorted image of myself. I always felt smaller than what I was which is why the scale has never matched my personality. I took my before pics and cried. Pictures don't lie. I need this change. I never really saw myself that big, but when you remove the clothes and just stand in you bra and panties.. WOW... Can't wait till thursday...

I am really sad that I didn't take pictures of me in my undies before surgery, just to see the difference in sizes, I know when you have clothes on is one thing, but you can look 10 pounds lighter or heavier according to what clothes you wear, but in your undies there is no lies!!

I did take pictures... I need to take some more so I can  see my progress.. even though I still want to loose alot more it's nice to have to look back on...

I am sooo impressed that you posted them. I think that I would have to work up to the posting of befores.  I think it is great that you did.  I understand with not seeing myself as the mirror projects.  Sometimes I don't see how I look and other times I seem huge...go figure.

OK, my hat's off to you!!

I'm STILL not sure I have what it takes to post pictures of myself in my skivvies even at 75 pounds down.  I am impressed!! 

Be sure and take pics every month and let us see!!  I can only speak for myself but I like living though other people's experiences on here....especially the RNY and DS people cuz they look radically different in regards to weight LIGHTENING FAST!

Thanks. I guess I wanted to show the REAL me.... I was so embarassed for hubby to take the pics. So I wore panties to make me laugh they say "plays well with others". I guess I just needed that reality check... I will post pics very often. Skivies keep me honest. I know how to conceal any roll that I have!!! Naked and in the mirror is a different story....
