Hi all, today (Friday) was not a very good day...struggles with my daughter and finding out my surgeon is leaving (I am only 2 months post-op and really REALLY like this surgeon...) ;
B: 2 ounces yogurt and 1 hard boiled egg
S: Skipped
L: Chicken Tortilla soup with 1 tbsp LF sour cream and 5 O'Lean tortilla chips
S: 3/4 ounce Raspberry vodka with crystal light (right after a HUGE blow up with my daughter)
D: 5 ounces turkey chili and Mexican Velveeta grilled on lo carb tortilla with salsa
S; Cho protein ice cream
Cals: 813 Fat: 31 Carbs: 60 Protein: 60
ugh..........2 Multi vits and 1 B12, 80 ounces fluid (not including vodka LOL)

bad bad me... I paid for it too..I felt icky all night long!!! Racke, Amy, sorry Dr. tom is leaving. I hear he is smoking hot too!!!! Wonder if we could get him to Louisville and get us some hot doctors too?? hmmm.... I would love eye candy in a doctor! lol....

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
He is...he has hundreds of patients but when you see him, you are the only patient he has. He never rushes you, always answers your questions and tailors his treatment to YOU; as busy as he is you always feel like what he does/did; he did based on you...not some cookie cutter assembly line factory style program. It breaks my heart and really makes me scared because I am still SOOOOO new to this I feel like I am losing my leader.
