My Doc is moving to Georgetown Kentucky

 I just found out that Dr. Tom is going to the hospital in Georgetown Ky.  When St. Elizabeth and St. Luke merged they screwed up big time and he is  now leaving.  I guess I will have to drive further to see him.  Maybe when I head to Georgetown I can met up with some of you down near Lexington.  My cousin lived in Lexington (just died) and was the Dear of Arcitecture at UK.  I would love to met up with more members.  Amy

If he's going to be at the Georgetown hospital and affiliated with the bariatric center there, I think you'll b pleased.  That's where I had my surgery and I loved all of them there.  Good luck!

But we were lucky he was here and now if he moves on the patients there will be as lucky and blessed as we are to have him for a dr.
I knew he was an awesome Dr,but my cuz had surgery in Indy last week and yell the hosp was beautiful,but her Dr. was horrible all the way around,i knew the kind of care i received and hers was alot diffrent no compassion or knowledge.

 I have an appointment with him next month too.  I'm game to carpool for appt.  Just make sure when you go in to request a copy of your medical records.  I saw him Friday and he is still having office hours. 

let me know when you come this way Georgetown is like 20 min from me would love to meet some of you all also ,that is where my hubby works also not far at all

Is he going to be solo in the area or is he hooking up with Weiss and Oldham at the Georgetown Hospital??  Weiss and Olham are now spending some of their time at Baptist East Hosptial in Louisville.....wonder if there's going to be some more musical chairs going on down the road?

Louisville is pretty saturated with bariatric docs now but then again selection is a good thing!

Now, if only Dr. Curry would open a Louisville site!

 From what I understand he might be setting up a new program at the BC in Georgetown.  I just know I will be driving for appointments.
