ACCOUNTABILITY: Thurs. Jan. 15, 2009

I waited around for Dawn to start today's accountability, but I haven't seen her on here yet  :(
I am tired and going to bed early so I just have to post.

Another long day at work.   Freezing cold here!!!!!  Low of 3 degrees and High of 17!!!!  Loss of my insulation makes this weather more difficult to tolerate I think.

Did some arm and butt exercises!

With work, going to bed a lot earlier and it is cutting into my OH time  :(  I seem to stay drained with no energy.

Today's Intake:
B:  1/2 serving oatmeal w/ 2 tsp. P-nut butter  (8 g P)
S:   string cheese and 4 crackers (8g P)
L:   3 oz. roast pork (24g P) and 1/2 small roasted potatoe
S:   chips and salsa, 1 snickerdoodle cookie (BAD)
D:   1/4 c. pasta and 1/2 c. meat sauce ( 25g P)
S:    1 oz. peanuts (7g P)

I  feel like I am eating a lot of food anymore.  But my weight is maintaining so I guess I am ok  ??????  Any thoughts?

 I was working on it. im slow today..
Leslie could it be your just getting back into the groove??
I say if your maintaining dont worry about it till you see a change? but Im not sure how much your pouch will hold this far out??
oatmeal and peanut butter>> huh????
 so far only 32 ounces water.. Added in a milk and carnation instant breakfast as a snack toinght for protein..

thats all i do.. I did learn that as I am a creature of habit, I can group foods together as a meal and just click on them so it shows only one line..

It could be just getting bacl into work and work is VERY draining and demanding!
Yes - oatmeal and Peanut butter is the bomb!  I mix the peanut butter into the oatmeal.......tastes great and it adds a little protein!  I learned that from inmates.  LOL

Hi all, I am freezing my katookus off as well.  Had the change the Avi just cause I was so cold.  Trip to Frankfort today as my daughter placed 2nd in an art competition sponsored by the governor and MLK awareness and celebration.  I was so proud of her as she stood between Steven Beshear and Daniel Mongiardo and accepted her award!!!! 
B: International FF/SF coffee
S: None
L: 3 oz Turkey, taco sauce and 1 oz shredded skim cheese on lo carb tortilla (2/3)
S: String cheese and 4 LF wheat thins
D: 3 turkey meatballs w. BBQ sauce, 1 mini spinach quiche, 1 oz cheese slices and blackberries and grapes (hors' deurves at the awards ceremony-made a nice high protein dinner LOL)
S: Back to my protein ice cream

Exercise; 35 minutes circuit training

Cals: 853     Fat: 26        Carbs: 32                  Pro 113....WOW!!!!

2 daily vits and 1 B-12
