walked on treadmill for 9 mins at 3 mph no incline and 1 min at 2 mph no incline for half a mile ! i'm improving....

Holli, that is great, I wish I had a treadmill, I had one years ago, and it hurt my knees so bad, we got rid of it. now I nned it,lol.
  I am still using the exercise ball, and using a stepstool to step up and down on, and doing jumping jacks, sit-ups, I am sore. I have an ablounger but can tell it is doing anything for me now, except my my hip hurt.
   the more weight you lose the easier the treadmill will be on you!! or atleast I hink it would be, smiles. I know I did like 2 push-ups other day, lmao. first ones in 30 years!!
