 Ok. I get a fill next tuesday.. Holly was great about getting me in and even with him having a full schedule due to vacationing..  I have had a busy day!!
 40 ounces of water. just remeber I didnt even take my thyroid meds or vitamin!! bad bad me.. i may have a treat tonight.. I deserve it! lol

Hey Dawn!  Glad you are back starting the accountability  :)

Went to work today. It was hard but after I got there I felt ok.  I had a couple of bad moments but for the most part I got through it.
But damn..........all the work to catch up!  That is enough to keep me pre-occupied.

Got a call at work from Donovan - a lady ran into his truck today .  She has no insurance and we only have liability on his, so he / we, are going to be out a little $$.  It is cosmetic damages and maybe a problem with a wheel.  The lady got citations for reckless driving and no insurance and they impounded her car!  I talked to the officer on the phone who was really nice.   Donovan wasn't hurt and that was my concern.  I called Richard and he went to check on him for me.  He took pictures too in case we decide to go to small claims court.  I really don't think it would even be worth the trouble.

Getting ready to do a little work out - calisthenics again.  I really want to find a Zumba video to try something different.  So trip to Wal-mart may be in order ......... if I dare go back out into this COLD COLD COLD weather!

Just talked to Iman.  She went back for a follow-up today.  Everything is looking good and she sounds wonderful.  She is 6 days post-op and down 15 lbs!!!!  How cool is that?!?!

Today's Intake:

B:  Think Thin Protein Bar (20g P), serving pita chips (1g P)
L:   Cabbage roll and mashed potatoes from Lean Cuisine (24 g P)
S:   Tuna and pita chips (19g P)
D:  string cheese (8g P) and handful of chips w/salsa, and  3 oz. roasted pork ( 24g P)
S:   Not sure yet!  Have gotten PLENTY of protein so I will probably go for some fruit!

wow that sucks leslie!! im so glad he is ok...  im also glad that you are getting along with your ex..  yeah for Iman!! and i hope things get better at work!!!!

I am liking these posts as I  keep a food diary and it is really effective for me but it doesn't mean as much to me (and me alone)....but when I know you guys are reading it, I pay quite a bit more attention....disappointing myself is one thing; hanging it out to flap in the breeze is another
B: hard boiled egg
S: skipped
L: Turkey chili w/cheese (4 oz chili, 1 oz skim cheese)
S: Light and Fit Yogurt
D: Sliced Turkey breast (3 oz) on lo-carb tortilla with skim cheese and taco sauce, one cup microwave lo fat lo salt popcorn
S: 7 oz cherry cheesecake protein sorbet (Cherry Nectar protein with low fat cream cheese...made in ice cream maker with skim milk)

Cals: 694           Fat: 24.4                   Carbs: 46                        Pro: 73.5

Vitamins twice today and 500 B12

Exercise: 35 minutes weight lifting/circuit training

Fluids: over 70 oz

Heavens, I hope the vits work too because I certainly am not lacking in protein or exercise and I have religiously taken 1 MVI a day pre and post op.....but I'll tell you....this exhaustion is unbearable.
Protein Ice Cream (the best is the Choc PB)

6 scoops Jay Robb Choc Pro
2 TBSP Valencia (or other organic) peanut butter
3 cups skim milk (I use almond milk, SF and Low Fat)
Mix all in a blender and let it settle so it isn't so foamy
Put in ince cream maker and follow directions.  Ends up soft serve-portion into 4 oz containers (made 8) and freeze.   I microwave for a few seconds to soften before I eat

Nut value: 136 cal, 2 gm fat, 23gm pro, 6 carbs

Strawberry version-change peanut butter to low fat cream cheese, change protein powder to strawberry, I also added a small bag of frozen strawberries

My next experiment will be with choc protein powder, hazelnut milk and some SF espresso syrup

Also want to try vanilla with mint extract and SF cho chips
