Hey! Welcome to the board. And congrats on your choice to have surgery. My husband & I both had RNY. I used Dr Shina and am really happy I did. He is straight to the point and no sugar coating anything. He makes the patient accountable for their own weight loss journey and I appreciate that.
So your in the Somerset area I see. I lived in London for about 15 years but have been  in the Elizabethtown/Fort Knox area for about 5 years. I hadnt been in Somerset for years until last summer, hubby, myself and some friends rode our bikes down. It actually had grown a little since last being there.

Welcome and congrats on your choice to have surgery!!! When is your pre-op? I may see you there. Mine is tomorrow....

I have already done my pre-op because I was originally scheduled for surgery on December 5th. I decided to push back my surgery date do to my wife had some health issues the end of November and she was hospitalized.

Good luck with the pre-ops, they go rather quickly.
