Hi Everyone!
Slept in this morning.  Didn't rest well last night.   Up a lot.
Donovan is feeling better and should be back to school tomorrow.  His fever broke this morning.

Went to the Dr. today.  Going back to work tomorrow.  I have already talked to people from work twice today.  I miss it and am ready to go back - I think! 

After my Dr.'s appt., I stopped in Peeble's and got a few items that were on clearance sale.  Got a bathing suit bottom (size 8), and a pr. of Liz Claiborne cropped slacks (sz. 4) for $2.39 each!   Got a Liz C. green jacket for $30 - it is sooo cute!, and a white work blouse for $7(both sz S)!   Wonderful clearance sale going on and it amazes me that I fit into small sizes!!!! 

Ran to the store and had lunch with my ex husband.   We are getting along right now and he is moving to SC on the 31st.  I am soooo jealous - I'd love to be moving to a warmer climate!  He still has a few things left to get from the house/garage but for the most part, the packing is done.

Today's Intake:
B:  Bagel w/ cream cheese (8g P)
S:  SF vanilla latte w/ non-fat milk from Mc D's
L:  Turkey and cheddar sub w/ tomatoe, lettuce and honey mustard dressing minus 1/2 the bun(15g P), 6 french fries
S:   Slimfast Protein Bar (15 g P)
D:   4 oz. broiled beef loin ( 23 g P), 1/2 c. mashed potatoes (3g P)
S:   String Cheese / Mozzarella (8g P)


EXERCISE:   Giving my body a break today.  Legs are cramping - probably need more fluids.  Will resume calisthenics tomorrow.

Today was a long one...stayed up late working on school stuff and then had an early morning meeting with a facility that required suit and pantyhose (yeck)
B: hard boiled egg and one bite of yogurt
S: Skipped
L: Whole wheat gnocchi with fennel, bock choy, peppers, asiago cheese and turkey sausage
S: Handful of mixed nuts
D: 6 oz turkey chili with 1 oz cheese
S: Probably my protein ice cream...this is becoming a nightly ritual but ohhhhh I love this ice cream!!!! 

Exercise: 35 minutes circuit training

Confession time.  I had lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in a few months, I ordered something really bad.  I was talking and ate more that I was going to eat.  My calories are right at 1500 today.

B:  Strawberry Muffin
L:  Knife and Fork Burger (6 oz hamburger on bun, with cheese, bacon and a cup of pinto beans with onions poured over it), 1/2 cup slaw.
D:  Roast Beef Sandwich
S:  Rice Krispie Treat

Exercise:  50 minutes of zumba.  Thought I'd do something constructive since I couldn't get to Louisville. 

And to top it off, I locked my car when I went in to zumba.  I couldn't find my keys with the door opener on them so I just took the other key.  My doors froze while I was in zumba.  I had to borrow a girl's cell phone to call Jimmie to come and bring my other keys.  Just think what would have happened if I'd been in Louisville.
