To weigh or not to weigh

This one time....in
Band Camp.....

I weigh every morning.  Some people think it's a problem or counter-productive but I don't see it that way.  I can catch a gain MUCH quicker that way and correct it before it turns into something big.  I only weigh in the mornings though BEFORE I have my coffee and then I'm done for the day!

I weigh every morning, from the bed to the toliet then the scale.  Like most, it helps me to stay on track.  Keeping a record of my intake daily and watching the scale lets me know where I went right or wrong.
