To weigh or not to weigh
I just bought a new scale and I keep wanting to jump on it although I know that my weight isn't going to change that much in just a day (or less). Also even though it is a 400 limit scale...I'm not 100% sure it is weighing properly since I am still pretty close to that mark.

I have heard so many say, weigh in once a week, and I really think that is better, but I have a confession, I weigh myself almost everyday, and that is a bad thing. so if you can keep off the scales for a week at a time, I think you will be alot happier with the weight loss!!
