To weigh or not to weigh

I just bought a new scale and I keep wanting to jump on it although I know that my weight isn't going to change that much in just a day (or less). Also even though it is a 400 limit scale...I'm not 100% sure it is weighing properly since I am still pretty close to that mark.

When/how often do you weigh yourself?

I have heard so many say, weigh in once a week, and I really think that is better, but I have a confession, I weigh myself almost everyday, and that is a bad thing. so if you can keep off the scales for a week at a time, I think you will be alot happier with the weight loss!!

I weigh in every Monday when I go to the gym, my trainer weighs me every week and measures me.

 I only weigh at Dr. Tom's office.  IF I'm curious I just stop by and jump on.  Got tired of scales that didn't speak the truth. Amy

I weigh daily.  I always have.  I figured out that if I weigh daily, I can catch a weight gain before it gets out of hand.

I confess: I weigh every morning.  I also weigh most afternoons in anticipation of weighing less the next morning.  It's a better addiction than Oreos!

I would like to weigh in weekly but I actually weigh in about every other day.

It is easy to get addicted to the scales.  If you don't start weighing every day - it will be easier.  I recommend once a week.
