Don't Lie.  lol   that Frosty just did me in.... If hubby goes to get take out I do fine but if I go I cave when it comes to those dang frosty's    grrrrrrrrrrrrrr   oh well least I didn't eat 3000 calories or not exercise....   But thanks

I guess when you put it that way but I just did not make wise choices.    I hate cooking and preparing since its just I and hubby and he doesnt eat half the time.   Its like that slimquick commerical  he quit drinking soda's and i drank water and he lost and I get nothing  lol

I can not get him to commit to a meal plan with me so then I am lazzy and not want to cook or prepare for myself.

Odd day....didn't eat until about 4pm....not too bad with pains today but then I didn't eat until late!  No ultrasound scheduled today (still waiting on a callback) so I cancelled my appointment with Larson for tomorrow since all he'd likely do was say "hmmm, sounds like a gallbladder to me let's schedule an ultrasound."   I'm one step ahead of ya doc.....

New appointment date is 1/20/09...no spicy or fatty foods until then!

I do plan on being at group tomorrow assuming the weather doesn't turn bad.  I WILL have my princess sassypants with me.  Be there or be Square!!

INTAKE:

B:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (8oz coffee. 8oz milk, S/F syrup and 4 splenda)
L:  1.5 boiled eggs  (BELCH) 
S:  about 10 or 12 pretzel sticks with 2tbsp Marzetti dip (BELCH)
D:  about 4 bites of shake n bake boneless chic breast, 1 bite of 2% mac-n-cheese, 2 bites of g-beans, and 2 bites of peas (BELCH-BELCH-CELCH)
S:  I'm thinking about a protein smoothie with PB2 and a banana
~BECKA~   Start - 254 / Current - 172.6 / Goal - 160

I was trying to copy and past from dailyplate.. but it's not working.. it's copying it in the huge form instead of condensing it like vickis and dawn.... help

B- 1 2 cup egg beater 60

Snack 100 cal pack of choc covered pretzels 100
