Doing ok today.   Regular housework, paying bills, met Holli for lunch.  Packing a few more things and unjunking cabinets.

Talked to Iman - she sounds so good on the phone.  Hoping to go home tonight or in the morning.
Am on hold right now - checking on the status of her flower order.  I would hate for her to get discharged before they got delivered!!!

Today's Intake:

B:  2 fried eggs, 1 slice toast w/ sugar free jam
L:  1/2 c. salad w/ egg, ham and cheese, 3 meatballs, 1" slice of meatloaf, 1/4 c. brown beans
S:  2 pieces chocolate candy
D:   Baked chicken breast, veggies and dip
S:  Slim-A-Bear Ice Cream

Exercise:   Calisthenic work-out!  Really been focusing on the arms, shoulders and back.

It's amazing how different the Realize sight and the Daily Plate's calories are.  I am under 1000 on the Realize and 1250 on the Daily Plate.  Thought I'd try them both and see what happened.

L:  1 slice Hawaiian Feast Pizza, 10 baby carrots, 2 tbsp dip
S:  None
D:  Grilled Chicken Mandarin Orange Salad with everything from Wendy's

That is interesting - I would have never thought there would be such a difference in calorie counts!

I was shocked too.  The pizza had 390 calories on one and 240 on the other one.  I went with the high one.  If I don't lose weight, I'll go with the low one next time.  That was the big difference.

Hi all:
B: hard boiled egg and 4 oz Lite and Fit Yogurt
S: handful of mixed nuts
L: 2 oz chicken
S: Tuna salad and 6 wheat thins (I ate that as everyone at work passed around a big bag of chocolate kisses during our staff meeting.....how boring!)
D: 6 oz turkey chili with 1 oz shredded 2% cheese
S: Protein ice cream (strawberry)
