Surgery on Friday

Hello all!!!! My name is James and I joined the forum about a week ago. I am scheduled for surgery on Friday and I am nervous but excited too. I have been doing allot of research and reading the forums and I am so glad there is somewhere I can come for support and questions. Hey James, Where will your surgery be- in Lexington or Georgetown? Be sure and tell someone to let us know how you are doing and write yourself when you feel up to it. I'm 3 weeks out myself and just like you scared and excited at the same time. I think excited wins out but I just wonder how my life is going to change (for the better). You will get alot of good advice on here and we seem to have alot of fun too. Keep us posted. Dana (Skiffywife)

Life does get better.   Enjoy the journey!!!!!!

It is amazing how things have changed for me since surgery.    Take plenty of pics and do measurements regularly!!!!  You'll see changes each month and it is mind-blowing.

I will be 11 months out on the 25th.
