Today's Menu:

B:  1 egg, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice toast
L:   4 oz. pork BBQ, few bites of baked potatoe, 1 oz. beef brisket
S:   1 boiled egg, 4 oz. Diet Ocean Spray Grape Cranberry Juice
D:   Probably  chicken soup, steak tacos or grilled shrimp from El Azul's, chips and salsa
S:    3 oz. teriyaki beef w/ 1/4 c. Thai sesame noodles

Exercise:   Calisthenics completed  :)

It is a cold and rainy day.  Have cleaned out my laundry room closet and nothing else!   Looking forward to dinner with the KY OH Board group!

Just simply chillin' today.   Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

Addendum:    D = steak tacos, chips and salsa and last S= fluids!  I need lots of water and I have no room left for food!

Hi Leslie,

I drank my breakfast today, coffee.

Lunch was a salmon patty and turnips along with 3 chocolate chip cookies.

Dinner will be a protein shake.

Snack will be a protein bar.

Doing the Hip Hop Abs tonight.  Trying to be a good girl until cruise in Feb.

B- 1 English Muffin, slice cheese, turkey sausage

L- Protein Bar

S- 1 ounce cheese, 1 ouce pretzels

D  ( went out for Mexican)
      few chips and salsa
     4 oz grilled chicken breast
     refried beans
     cheese sauce ( that was drizzled over the chicken breast)

B: 1 hard boiled egg and 1 string cheese
S: skipped
L: egg drop soup with 1/4 c chow mein noodles
S: skipped
D: 6 oz turkey chili with 1/8 c skim cheese
S: strawberry protein ice cream and maybe I will add a tbsp peanut butter...we'll see

Cals: 734   Fat: 39    Carbs: 36  Pro: 60   (including peanut butter)

No exercise today....exhausted

Hey Sonja - have any idea how many grams of protein is in egg drop soup?   I love that stuff.

Cal: 73   Fat: 3.8  Carb: 1.1   Pro: 7.5

Breakfast- 1 piece of whole wheat toast with jelly

Lunch- steamed cauliflower drizzled with some velveeta


Snack- 4 circus peanuts


Dinner: 6inch tuna subway without the top of the bread and extra tomatoe salt and pepper


Fluids:  4 16 oz glasses of lemon lime kool-aid with splenda
              2 16 oz of bottled water
              1 halfway flat diet coke no caffiene

No exercise today except up and down steps doing laundry.  My trainer(Rita) I love her but she worked me out hard yesterday.  Woke up could hardly get out of bed and walk.  Felt like I had been riding a horse for days.  My legs are killing me.   I pressed 150 lbs on the leg presses yesterday and I'm a hurtin
