Hi guys!
Today has been a little off since I woke up not feeling well (I think it's a kidney stone but not sure).
I had maybe half my Coffee latte in the morning and then took drugs and went to back to bed until 1pm (LOL...that was after texting both Dawn and Lee Ann until I was too loopy to type)
When I woke up I reheated my coffee cup and finished the latte.
I ate 4 or 5 pretzel sticks while I was cooking lunch.
I pan fried a thin boneless pork chop (maybe 4 ounces) for lunch.
I had a 12oz can of diet Pepsi thinking the carbonation would shake loose whatever is making me feel bad....tasted goo but didn't work.
For supper I reheated the last of a pot of chili. Had a bowl of that with 5 zestas and a spoon of PB.
Ughh....then I ate one of Gracie's Easy Bake cupcakes she made....they are NASTY!
I think there will be a snack tonight but not sure what it will be yet.
No exercise today since I would have been horrified to maybe birthed a kidney stone in the middle of the YMCA.

Hi guys!

I am jealous I don't get text except once and a while from Dawn... when she gets my hopes up asking " how do you take prenatal vitamins" got my hopes up and then she says no she isn't pregnant. Leelee doesnt text me either

Sorry that you are not feeling well, never had kidney stones but Bobbi has and I watched her in terrible pain and nothing I could do for her but sit with her in ER and at home.
Hope you start feeling better soon
My food today was
Breakfast - 4 pieces of turkey bacon
Lunch- grilled ham and swiss
Supper- Cubed steak, 1/2 c of mashed potates and green beans
Snack- 1/2 honey nut cheerios-dry
Exercise: Up and down basement steps a trillion times doing laundry, 30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes of core exercise on machines at the YMCA and then came home and washed down the hallway walls, doors and door jams and frames. Tomorrow I will be carpet cleaning and then next week I can pick out my new sofa.

wellllllll thats cause I never know when to text u.. I text with Becca nad Leeann early in the mornings or at 9 and 10 at night.. thew rest of the time Im with the princess doing her bidding.. she loves this with mommy all the time stuff.

S: Rice Krispie Treat
D: Spaghetti, meat sauce, garlic bread
S: Rice Krispie Treat
I will not buy any more rice krispie treats after these are gone. And I'll keep repeating that sentence until I actually believe it.
I went to zumba and class lasted 60 minutes. But, since I've been 3 days in a row, I'm so sore. I tried to show Jimmie some of the moves and couldn't do them. I'll show him when the soreness goes away.

(Fill three hours after breakfast)
S: 1/2 cup fat free con queso soup (strained)
L: SF Jello
S: Strained French Onion Soup (1/2 c) with 1 oz shredded skim mozarella
Also...2 shots Bacardi O with Diet Sprite (bad day at work LOL)
D: Chcolate Peanut Butter Protein Ice Cream
Cals: 571 Fat: 14.8 Carbs: 37 Pro: 42.3
Exercise: 35 minutes of Circuit Training

I made it! Someone posted it on another board and I LOVE it and it really hits that "ice cream crave".
6 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use Jay Robb's 100% isolate because it is made with Stevia instead of aspartame or sucrose)
3 cups skim milk (or almond soy milk-light)
2 Tbsp CHUNKY peanut butter.
Mix everything in a blender and then put in an ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker's instructions.
Scoop into 4 ounce containers (makes 8)
I have to hide this from my kids because they think it is "store bought ice cream that I cheat on LOL"
Nut brkdn:
Cals: 136.3 Fat: 2 Carbs: 6.1 Pro: 22.8
I also tried it with strawberry protein (same brand) and 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese. Added a 2 cup bag of frozen strawberries as well. Came out more of a sorbet than the chocolate but still VERY good!
