Accountability: January 7, 2009
Now that you ladies have got me back on track with posting, I am doing it early so I can get to bed! lol
Tried to do lots of relaxation today. Think it is working. Met a friend for lunch at the Mandarin House. It was fun to get out.
Had realtor #2 come this evening - I know I will NOT be using her. WOW. That is all I can say! I have another scheduled for tomorrow.
Got in a good 40 min. workout this morning and that feels good. I have stuck to my exercises 3 days in a row. I really hope I develop an "addiction" to it! lol
Today's Intake:
B: Egg and cheese on 1 slice toast
L: Cashew Chicken, 1/2 wonton, 1/2 c. hot and sour soup
S: 2 slices apple, handful of pork rinds
D: 3 oz. steak, 1/2 c. green beans, 1 roll, small slice onion
S: 3 pieces of assorted chocolates - I dumped on this!
S: ????? If I have to have something - looking at peanut butter and crackers or a Slim a Bear ice cream

Not much of an appetite today. Did liquids in the am. I had a couple slices of swiss cheese for lunch. Haven't decided on dinner but something grilled sounds good.
