ok here is today's plan. hope I can stick to it..
Have to take Katelyn and charlotte to get hair cuts.. so I will see ya'll later.  edited to change the table due to exercise.. edited again because I  ate more than I planned..ugh. Char's house is evil! But I was alot more conscience of what I ate today!!!

This is my plan for today.  Let's see how close I stick to it.

B:  Banana Nut Muffin
L:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Cauliflower, Light Dip
S: Cookie
D:  Club Panini, Broccoli and Raisin Salad

I am also doing 1 hour of zumba today so that should make up for the cookie.  I guess I'm one of those lucky people who can do bread if it's the 35 calorie bread.

I like the way you are doing this Dawn!  Here is my menu for today:


B:   1 egg, 1 slice toast, 1 slice cheese
S:    1/3 of a banana
L:    6" philly steak sub from Subway w/ black olives, banana peppers, and tomatoes minus 1/4 the bread, unsweet tea
S:   Garden Salsa Sun Chips
D:   3 oz. NY Strip Steak,  1/2 c. salad, and some baked potatoe
S:   Handful of mixed nuts

Scratch that dinner and snack - my son had friends over so I had to make more food!
D:  3 oz. cajun smoked sausage, 4 bites of fried potatoe, 1/4 c. kraut, 1/2 roll, 1/4 c. green beans

 I really like daily plate.. LeeAnn has used it for awhile but today I got pissed at Fitday and checked out daily plate...  Like it muchhhh better... oh and I had 2 20 ounce bottles of water and sugar free kool-aid, A 32 ounce crack tea and half a glass of milk for fluids.. I may get in 8 more ounces of water for today.. If I exercise I find I want the water more
hmmmm weird huh..

I'm doing better too, the boys went back to school today and I got alot more done here at home

B - 2 eggs over medium, 1 slice toast with butter, coffee with sf creamer
S- 2 potato skins with sour cream, cheese and bacon
L- 1 slice whole wheat toast with mayo and 3 slices of bologna
S - 2 slim jims and a bite sized reece cup
D - chicken with rice and salad with italian dressing
S - chocolate protein shake, popcorn with butter
