 Ok, Here I am.. trying to be good..
  I did ok today. Im hoping that tommorrow I will get back on the exercise bandwagon..
  I do better in my own home.. Less junk.. I did get the tree down and really cleaned some stuff in the house, man I have neglected my house the last few weeks.. Well the house and myself too. I took care of that Saturday, I got a mani and pedi with my mom saturday and it was wonderful!! I didn't have to call and check on Charlotte till late in the day and Todd had Katelyn for most of the day. it was WONDERFUL!!!!
  So here is my accountability.. SOrry im rambling

I am not posting my intake today lets just say from the stress of yesterdays trip and the emotions that flowed yesterday I have been terrible today... all I will say is COOKIES damn them COOKIES

Monday is a new day and a rebirth of my weight loss journey

This was my intake for the 4th:


B:   Egg McMuffin minus 1/2 the muffin from McD's
L:   1 steak taco w/ 1/2 the tortilla, chips w/ salsa and pico de gallo
S:   Slimfast Protein Bar
D:  Cajun Pork Chop (baked) , 1/4 c. roasted potatoes(sweet and white), 1/4 c. fresh cooked green beans
S:  3 Strawberries, 1/2 Macintosh Apple, and a handful of nuts
S:   Slim a Bear Ice Cream Sandwich

Not too bad yesterday but haven't exercised for a week but I have lost the excess weight I gained over the holidays.

B:  Strawberry muffin
L:  Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce
S:  Cauliflower, light dip, rice krispie treat
D:  Chili, grilled cheese sandwich
S:  Rice krispie treat

I'm hooked on rice krispie treats.  I try to incorperate the calories into my food intake but after these run out, I may try to buy something at the store that I'm not actually hooked on.  And I am going to the gym tonight for zumba.
