Accountability for Friday

Well I was a little bad but still under 1000 calories.   I will not snack tonight going to bed early as we have to leave at 6 AM tomorrow morning to travel Northern Indiana to my see my cousin's wife and also visit with my Aunt.   Keep us in prayer and thoughts as we travel.  We are taking Bobbi also since she hasnt seen Nancy in a couple years so she wants to see her now before she gets too bad

I did really good about sticking, somewhat, to my plan for the day - a friend offered to take me to lunch though so it is a little different

B - 1/2 c oatmeal with 2/3 c walnuts, 1/8 c cream and brown sugar splenda
S - 1 scrambled egg
L- 1 cup tomato basil soup with parm cheese and 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with a few potato chips
S - hot artichoke dip with 2 whole wheat crackers
D - mac and cheese made with low carb pasta, monteray jack and colby cheese, butter and whole milk, pork tenderloin and a small salad with italian dressing
S - dunno yet but I think I need more protein so maybe a chocolate protein drink

I did pretty good today - need to cut the carbs even more tomorrow
