OMG....

So, after all of the calling over and over to Bridget I get a call back yesterday. She needed my Sleep Study refaxed to her and my Cardiac Stress test.... Thats all I had wanted from her anyway.. But I digress.

I call all the proper channels and have them fax to her, and call again today. LOW AND BEHOlD SHE ANSWERED... My New Years MIRACLE. I tell her that everything was faxed yesterday, I am put on hold

She FAXED IT TO TRICARE YESTERDAY!!!! OMG!! Can't stop smiling! So that means I am so much closer to being on the losers bench! I don't know what to do with myself. Now to just keep checking the insurance site!!!

I take back some of the negative thoughts I've been having of Miss B.

Oh she was definantly on my *^&% List.... I believe the only reason she called back is because I took your advice and called everyone. I left so many messages on voice mails I know they got tired of hearing my name b-day and phone number!!! She had a slight attitude yesterday, but I explained to her that I just wanted to be sure my info.. She tried to tell me she hadn't recieved anything when I called today...Then she put me on hold and found where she faxed it... I am glad that part is over with. I rather deal with anyone else in the office but her.... She needs an assistant

Hopefully things from here on out will go smoother. I sooo hate having to wait for someone to call me back and all that....I wanna know NOW!! I got so impatient waiting on calls & so forth when I was going thru this process but its such a HUGE deal to us.

Ok...to be honest with ya....call Tricare yourself and make sure she did fax it to them. I know they are swamped but I found out the hard way that what is said and what is done are two different things sometimes. I faxed all my own docs three times and hand delivered them twice. They kept getting "misplaced". Keep in mind this was in the transition from someone else to Bridget as well. Hope they did in fact get it all and that approval is the next good thing you hear! Fingers and toes are crossed for ya!

Yahoo!  Looks like ya might be a step closer to a surgery date!  I know this time can be very frustrating- for me it was "we sent it",  "we didn't get it" back & forth, back & forth- Then one day it all fell in place.  Hope things keep movin' along for ya and you indeed have a very Happy New Year!
