Well I went over my 1000 calories and had a moment of insanity and had some ice cream oh well I could have done more damage pre band

Yesterday was a mess!

It started off in the AM with no milk for my coffee.  For lunch I decided I'd have a protein bar but Gracie saw me with it and she stole the last 1/3 of it from me.  We then went to the grocery store (Super Walmart) and she decided she was hungry (I forgot to feed her) so she picked out nachos from the concession area.  Well, I ended up eating maybe 4 of them dipped in the cheese and took 2 or 3 sips from her Icee.  When I got homeI ate the 6 leftover breaded shrimps from Joe's Crab Shack where we ate this past weekend.  I decided to make breakfast for supper.  We had cheese omelets with honey baked ham slices (the end of the leftovers).  I had one hash brown patty simply because they looked good!

After dinner I am going to plead the fifth as it all went to hell in a handbasket!

Today is going to be another rough day with it being New Years Eve!

yesterday went ok i had

b- 4 ox protein shake
s- egg and chicken patty breaded though
l- ate tiny salad some chicken dipped in ranch,carrotts and small piece of fish
d- nothing
s- snickers bar my blood sugar was running low where i hadnt ate in a long time this was 2:30 am so not a good choice but tasted so good... and it was the last of the candy in the house

Okay.  Here goes.

B:  Strawberry Muffin
L:  2 tbsp. Pimento Cheese, 2 slices of 35 calorie bread, 100 calorie Cheez-It's
AS:  Apple
D:  3/4 large roasted chicken breast, 1 slice 35 calorie bread, 1/4 cup baked beans

Now for the bad part-after supper I had a rice krispie treat and 1/2 entire bag of Wild Cherry Drops candy-I couldn't stop.  And then a lot of peanuts in the shell.  I can't eat regular bread but have no problem with the 35 calorie breads.  Today, I have to get back on track.  The scales are still headed in the wrong direction.

I am so relieved to know that I am not the only one out here having trouble staying on track - thanks guys for being honest and spilling your guts here

Yesterday -  breakfast and coffee with sf creamer, oatmeal with walnuts and brown sugar
snack - a sf fudgsicle and a piece of candy
lunch - one slice of cheese pizza
dinner - butter bean soup with ham

too many carbs but I did get plenty to drink

I think I have tonight planned pretty good, lots of proteins!

Did someone say"better late than never"?!  Count me in.  Tuesday intake: 

We were on the road yesterday & eating was a little hard to keep track of- here goes:

B. grande Chai tea latte, later 1/2 South Beach pnut butter butter protein bar
L. about 3 oz. chicken salad from Arby's, DH ate the rest with wrap
D. about 3 -4 oz. pork roast, 3-4 bites potatoe & carrots, about 1/2 c. salad
Snacks: 4oz. butterscotch ff sf pudding, about 1/2 cup Trader Joe's omega 3 trail mix through the day.

Went to Trader Joes up in Indy and had a blast shpping for trail mix, cheese, frozen vegetable lasagna, almonds, soup- in -a -box- and some vitamins.  If you get up to Indy, take a cooler for the cold & the frozen and check it out!  Happy New Year!
