Cappuccino Coolers

I had been craving a cappuccino for a long time now. So I decided to take a stroll down the coffee aile at WalMart.  Well I found these Cappuccino Coolers made by General Foods International. It is an iced cappuccino drink mix. I got French Vanilla I think there is a couple other flavors. You mix the lil pack of powder with milk and add ice. It is very good !

Are they sugar free? I use the International Coffee sugar free Mocha...I probably go thru a can every 2 wks or so in the winter time and even more in the summer. I bought a killer blender than crushes ice up like a slushie...ohhhhhh so good!

No these are not sugar free. I thought they were. I think it was the other box I had in my hand that was sugar free. Maybe the ones for a latte ??

Oh ok, I cant tolerate too much sugar. I dont dump I just get real jittery...a super sugar buzz.

They sound delish!
Just be very careful they have 14g of sugar in one serving and you could possibly dump on it. I would say having one as a treat on occasion is okay.

I was worried about the sugar content so I drunk it over a long period of time. LOL
