Brand new office and Fast Track in N Ky!

Dear OH members,

I am happy to announce that we have opened up one of our Fast Track centers and an office in  Northern Kentucky!

For those of you who don't know about Fast Track, it's an awesome fitness and nutrition program that is tailored to the needs of the surgical weight loss patient.  We have specialized equipment that won't hurt your knees and hips, along with services from dietitians and exercise physiologists who specialize in surgical weight loss patients.  For more info see www.FastTrack.md

We will also be offering band adjustments and follow up visits to our patients in the center.  It's located right off of I-275 in the Crescent Springs area near St. E South Hospital.
