b- 1/2 egg beaters, english muffin, slice cheese
L- Bestlife wrap w/ 2oz ham, 1 slice cheese, 1 oz FF chips
S- twisted bar
D- turkey sausage on English muffin w/ 1 slice cheese
did have 1 mini square of a hershey bar
few crackers
did a 30 minute step video on my new aerobic step
drank at least 90 oz of water... feel like I'm floating away...

Monday food stuff: B. 1/2 peanut butter protein bar (left over from Sunday) & later a tall skinny cinnamon dolce latte
L. small green salad at home, man, it was good with a little egg, cheese & broccoli bits Plus, cooked up a few bites of portabella mushrooms with garlic in smidge of olive oil- yum
D. pork loin roast, 2-3 oz. with 3-4 bites of potato, onions & carrots & brussel sprouts
Snacks: 2 1/2c. servings of sf butterscotch pudding
Exercise: about 40 minutes between treadmill & EFX, 40 minutes exercising in warm therapy pool, lap pool too full for swimming
