Monday warrior reporting her activity!  I didn't go carb free as I had planned on today but I was pretty good anyway!


FOOD

B: StarBECK's skinny caramel latte (8oz milk, 8oz coffee, S/F syrup and 4 splenda)
L: 1/4 of leftover chili's mesquite chicken salad
S:  a slice of ham and cheese
D: 1/2 grilled chicken breast and 1/4 of salad
S: Hot chocolate (S/F CIB)


FLUIDS

8oz  milk (1%)
16.9oz water
16.9oz Crystal light
8oz   milk (1%)
16.9 oz water (before bed)

EXERCISE

40 minutes on the weight machines and 20 minutes on the treadmill (was feeling puky so I decided not to pu****).  Came home and played 6 games of Wii bowling and one game of golf with Gracie

Ok....I am here only under duress! Dawn has threatened me with extortion and blackmail if I do not post within the next minute. My phone died mid-sentence on me! So here goes....

B: hashbrowns with onion, bacon and cheese. 4 bites of a pecan waffle

D: 2 chicken on a stick, two beef on a stick. two shrimp and two crab ragoon-yes chinese

Oh yeah...6 pieces of hershey bliss candies!

 kicking the sugar and snack habit is HARD!!! Wow, I have really let the bad habits pick up again..

Please forgive me in advance if I screw this up. And my post isn't all technical and fancy like Vicki and Dawn's.....   You show offs!!!  But you know I am just jealous of your technical skills!!! 

Breakfast:  2 oz of sf yogurt and half of sf popsicle (my throat was hurting)
Lunch:      3oz of shrimp and 1oz of broc/carrots
Dinner:     poached egg/turkey bacon/cheese on really dark, icky toast

Snack:     I did eat a few peanuts today.  Not too many though.

Fluids.... sipped all freakin' day on crystal light orange... I think I got in a gallon

Exercise.. well I listed my reasons on another post... something to do with coughing alot

Leah I log mine on fitday so I can keep track of my calories and my protein.  I do not want to go over more than 1000 calories a day  I dont know what Dawn uses
