Todd's mom in hospital AGAIN!

  Ok ladies, I need more prayer power....
   I got a call at 2 am,  Todd's aunt took Charlotte to the Hospital again..
This time was for congestive heart failure... what ****** me off is this... I told the nurse practioner at the heart doctor's office about this crap... and he brushed everything I said off.. So now im fuming!!!
   So we are back to hospital duty.. She is in a double room this time. so I dont have to be there as much,, thank goodness!! But Tomm am they do a stress test on her and a echo cardio gram... ughhhhh!!
  So pray, pray, pray.. please...

Oh Dawn I am so sorry again that this has happened.  Who the heck is the cardiologist?????  Maybe you need to fire that one and get another one.  If you need a referral I have a good group of cardiologist I know and 2 are personal friends of the family if you need them I can give you their names.  I think they go to St Marys also

 Vicki,  I lay all the blame on the nurse practioner at the cardio doc's office.. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say... I dont think it's Dr.BeanBlossom's fault.. He was very personable and listened to us in the hospital. I will NOT let her see the nurse practioner again.. Todd is up there now, hoping to see the doctor and tell them just that...
  It suxs but, she had a great christmas and called for help when she needed it.. so she's learning!! I really think she needs to live with us.. but damn I dont want to move to louisville..

So sorry that you are going through this again.  There is nothing worse than trying to tell a NP or Dr. something and them ignoring what you are saying.

Dawn, prayers going out today and first of the week here for Charlotte, and her family!  Looking after our parents and inlaws as they age can be challenging, especially when you see things happening that you know could have been prevented.  Hope your mil has a good week and a greatly improved situation.  (BTW, loved your Christmas card- great picture of you and your precious family)  Keep us posted!
