Gas? Really? Then there must be a small hydrogen bomb trapped in my shpulder blades because this sucker hurts!

I got out of the house for the first time today for a couple of hours. Walked around a few stores with my wife. Got a little winded and my scars were noticably ichy but otherwise I was fine. Nearly back to pre-surgery I think now onto the real task of losing the weight.
