Rush for Christmas

Well, I have 6 hours until the madness begins here!  How about you guys?

Richard's family will be here around 6pm for our traditional Christmas Eve feast and gift opening.  Richard is working today but has EXPLICIT instructions to be home by 4pm with the Honey Baked ham.  The turkey breast and wild rice is in the crock-pot.  I made two apple caramel pies this morning and finished wrapping the presents for his side of the family.  LOL....The ones for my family and Rich and Gracie will be wrapped while I watch Midnight Mass tonight.

The rest of the dinner is easy stuff that can be fixed an hour or so before we eat.

I have a whole house to clean though as well as keeping a raving lunatic of a six year old out of everything....GRRR....she found the present stash and knows about a couple of things already!!

I sincerely hope that everyone has a peaceful and joyful Christmas.

I will likely be back on OH by Friday unless Santa has other plans for me.

Hugs and kissed to all!!

Well my madness starts at 6PM we will go to Puerto Vallarta for dinner with daughters, son in law and 4 of the 6 grandchildren, the 2 oldest will not be joining us this year for Christmas( they are my step grandchildren and are in kahoots with my son in law.  Oh well.

We will come back after Dinner for present opening as we bought my oldest daughter and sil and  grandkids a Wii so we will open it tonight at their house and hook it up for a night of fun with the Wii and a large bottle of Reisling wine.

Tomorrow, we will head to my sister's home for family christmas with my mother and sister and her family.   Christmas night Bob and I will enjoy the piece and quiet alone

I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and hope Santa brings everything you wished for.

Hugs and much love to my wonderful KY OH friends

Becka, love Santa's new traveling cycle!  To you and your precious family, and to EVERYONE here at the KYANA forum, Merry, Merry Christmas!!!  There is so very much to be thankful for including the friends we have made here at OH.  I have been sick ever since we got back from the big wedding in Greenwood, IN, which was absolutely beautiful I might add, but am slowly getting over this cold.  Went to pick up Abuela Haydee from Miami at airport last night and with her we watched our precious Elena and Mimi open their presents this Christmas morning at our son's place.  Family, friends and the blessed Hope we have in Christ means everything to us at this special season.  Love to everyone-have a great rest of week and a Happy and Blessed New Year!!!  Jeanie B.
