Too bad the warm weather wasn't here for Saturday instead of Friday. Our daughter has learned the value of say PULEAZZEE!!!! while batting here eyes at here daddy! We hadn't put up outside lights this year and a couple of days ago our daughter noticed and wanted some so off she trots to convince her daddy!! Daddy had a full plate workwise until Saturday so he was outside in the cold weather yesterday stringing lights while the 6 year old supervised!! LOL, and I was out having lunch with my pals! ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/nyahnyah.gif)
I always compose my own letter from Santa for Gracie but am going to check out that sight since I'm running out of ideas. All the little ones in Richard's side of the family get their letter from Santa and first present delivered on the doorstep while we are in the midst of having Christmas Eve dinner. That present is usually matching PJ's for all the little cousins to wear while we open the family gifts. The letter is to remind them that Santa is waiting for them to go to bed on time so he can come back and deliver the rest of their gifts.
We also leave cookie/carrots and also some "evidence" of Santa's visit. Usually this is powdered sugar footprints and reindeer poop (prunes) on the porch.
This year I think we are going to start a new tradition since Gracie reminded me that it's Baby Jesus's birthday so we need a birthday cake!! How obvious was that? Think Jesus would like chocolate the best?
I can't believe we are THIS CLOSE to Christmas Eve!! Oy Vey!! I will be fairly scarce on here for the next several days but do want to wish everyone a
SUPER CHRISTMAS AND A WONDERFUL NEW YEAR!!

I love the idea of reindeer "poop"! We might try that! My son made Reindeer food to sprinkle outside, so they would have to poop after eating all the food, right?! LOL!
