Ive learn that things get old fast ,but a couple of times a week i eat 3 turkey or beef meatballs and put alittle pasta sauce and cheese its so good.
I also love unsweetened brewed tea and have it a couple of times a week

I would have to say that my favorite food right now is salmon.  I bake it wrapped foil with teriyaki seasoning.  It stays really moist and that is easiest to go down.
Also the sf popsicles are my newbff!!  Peanut butter and celery are a good thing for me too.

enchilada's without the wrap, steak cooked medium and shrimp with spicy ****tail sauce.  For Christmas we are having clam chowder and a horseradish encrusted beef tenderloin.  Yummmm
