I am HAVING MAJOR NET PROBLEMS!! lol I am trying to post a thread called "resolutions" and a thread called "workout DVDs" but somehow they're getting tied together. I'll probably have to do that at home!!
I recently purchased Jillian Michaels 30 day shred........WOW it is rough.. she has 3 levels but it is more for intermediate exercisers.
Do any of you use any workout dvds? In the past I have used Walk away the pounds 1 and 2 mile express.

Hi Ladies, speaking of exercise DVD's I just borrowed a friends Hip Hop Abs.  All the women were young and could hip and hop but I did my version, juggling this case.  If mine gets to be a 12 pack I'll be happy.  LOL

They're good exercise in the winter time. For me, especially, cause I don't have a treadmill and do not belong to a gym..

ooooh Z that sounds like a lot of fun. It probably didn't feel much like exercise.
I saw some beginner Zumba DVDs online I thought of trying.
I just hate the thought of buying and hating them!.. waste of money ya know.

Katrina it was fun.  I am like the dvd but would not have paid $69 for it.  Of course it won't let you copy it so I'll have to give it back to myr friend when she decides to use it.
I have wasted money on exercise dvd's in the past but some say Wal-Mart will take them back if you don't like it.

Whoa! 69$ is a lot of money. I was going to suggest copying it but I guess they got smart :P

I did Zumba at my gym.  I really liked it though it stressed me out.  I never had rythm.  But since the stroke I have a hard time remebering the steps.  It is a work out.  I love my Wii Fit.

It looks like a workout. This lady was teaching a Zumba class a few months back in my area and she said you can burn up to 1000 calories. so it must be extreme.
I thought of trying Wii fit but just don't have the funds. Christmas has killed my wallet
