Head hunger giving me fits!

I don't know what my problem has been this week but Head Hunger is really causing me alot of anxiety this week.  I have been trying to figure out what is causing me to do this.  So far I haven't been able to figure it out.  I have been doing so good about not thinking about food that "immediate gratification" of eating something so tasty... but not good for me.
I keep my hobbies close... my books close... and pick them up frequently.
My eating is usually out of seeking soothing, comfort or out of boredom.  I don't believe I am needing or feeling any of these.
Nine weeks out of my lap RNY and I feel like I could regress but I am trying to stay strong.
Anyone else have this problem?  Any advice or suggestions would be great to hear.
Leah
Blessings to you all, Leah

I go through phases.... Right now I'm on a willpower kick, so I'm doing good.. Its definately phases... usually around my cycle time it gets bad for me. I want Chocolate... and all the time

I find that exercise helps me, cause if I get it done in the morning.. it kinda fuels my day to stay on track for the rest of the day..

Then I have my crafts, magazines, computer etc. to keep me occupied.. Good Luck.. Hopefully it's just a phase for you too.

PS.. your nails look pretty festive!

I tried to get into the buttered noodles I fixed for my son's birthday tonight, I don't know what I was thinking - I could never shove all that into my small tummy but for some reason I was going to try... that is until I came back to my senses had a few bites and put them back..  What in the heck makes us do things like that?   Sorry I'm no help but it really had a hold on me tonight.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
