Back at home and online

Hello friends!
Back from vacation and finally back online after a little computer problem. I feel  like a problem child, after gaining 5 lbs over Thanksgiving and our cruise. The biggest problem other than no restriction is I can't get off of the sugar again. I have upped my water today and am determined to keep it to sugarfree only. I truly feel like I am at that critical point that I reach everytime I start losing weight. I start adding just a bite here and a bite there until I'm cheating all the time. I get a fill on the 19th, but until then I feel very little restriction. Actually , I'm grazing so restrifction wouldn't even help that much. I haven't read through all the post, but did notice you all mentioning the psychologist at Norton's , maybe I should send them an email. Everyone seems to be losing steadily , which is so neat to see. Sorry I missed the card exchange, but I'm sending warm Holiday e-hugs to you all !

Wow...so good to see you back online! How was the cruise? Better yet...how was the weather? We really missed you. Don't worry about that weight...you are doing the right thing and gonna get yourself back on track! I finally got my restriction after my fifth fill! Do not give up...you will get there too! I thought it would never happen! It is not a big restriction...but its definitely there.

don't beat yourself up over sneaking a bite of sweets here and there, it wil make you feel horrible, thinking you are sneaking it, just if you have to have a bite or two everyday, live with it, and do it, I found out along time ago, if you sneak a bite or two, you feel horrible, and then sneak another bite or two, and just keep beating yourself up and eating more and more, just be totally ok with having a bite or two. and I am soooo jealous you got to go on a cruise, that is a dream of mine, lol.

Welcome home, Triciaann!!  Did you have a good time?  Where did you go?  Was it warm and sunny?  I've never been on a cruise before...I want to go on one when I lose 100 pounds.  So, it maybe a little while!  Don't sweat the 5 pounds.  Some may be fluid anyway...just start off with your water and get yourself back on track.  I'm sure you'll be better once you get a fill.  Good to see you back!

Annie, just read your post.  Welcome home!  Don't fret over the 5 pounds- they WILL come off.  Until your fill next week, you probably won't have any restriction, but after that you should notice the scale going down again.  Until the fill, try to make the best choices you can, but don't put yourself under any extra stress for this time of year.  Hope you have a Happy Week-end!
