Hi Z and everyone else who posts!
Another busy day at work. They just keep piling the assignments on! Can't take it any more! LOL
Tomorrow is my late day and I am looking forward to sleeping in as we are expecting snow and ice - I think!
Doing laundry and cleaning house tonight. Also trying to call and catch up with my girlfriends!
Today's Intake:
B: 3 Saltine Crackers with P-nut butter
S: handful of chips and 1/2 doughnut
L: 10 almonds and 1/3 of a banana
D: buffalo popcorn chicken w/ brocolli and 1/2 slice toast
S: Not sure yet.
I am not doing great about getting my protein but I am really trying to focus on NOT losing anymore weight. I was down to 144 this morning and I feel like if I keep losing, it will simply be too much. Hence, the carbs! But................I have had diarhea the past 2 days from the sugar and carbs! Now I am not sure what to do.........focus on protein first then add good carbs maybe???? Definitely trial and error time with me.

Hi girls! Glad to see this post again. I know I am way off on my eating habits but then I am off schedule with everything lately! lol...Tis the season! I do well just to get 40 ozs of fluids in a day!
B: 1/2 blueberry pancake and 2 slices of bacon, 3 c coffee

It is very hard to get the fluids in. I have started getting up and grabbing a bottle of water just so I can get liquids down. Also, I am making my protein shakes every morning and eating a protein bar at night or sometime during the day. I really worry that my hair could fall out. For me, when I see that I am not eating as well as I should then I do better. You will too.

...have your tried Biotin? I started using it right before surgery and take one capsule of 5000 mg every morning and it really helped me. It took a couple months before I really noticed the reduction in loss plus my hair looks alot healthier and shiny! I get mine at Walmart...cheaper and only place I could find 5000 mg capsules. Just a thought!
