Vicki, glad to share:  You need 4 cups fat-free milk (original recipe called for only 3), 2 pkg. (1.5 oz. each) JELL-O Vanila FF SF Instant Pudding, 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, and 1 c. thawed COOL WHIP LITE or SUGAR Free Whipped topping.
Beat milk & pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk about 2 minute.  Blend in pumpkin & spice.  Stir in Cool Whip.  Refrigerate 1 hour.  Per 1/2 c. serving, ya get 60 calories, 12 g. carbs, 1 g. fat, 3 g. protein.  Just call me Paula or let's give credit where it's due:
