 I am back to keeping track of my food intake.  For me to do well I have to put my business out there.  So to get the additional ten pounds off and reach the century mark by Ground Hog Day I will be reporting.  Feel free to join in. 
Personally I wanted to lose 30 more pounds but I've been slightly convinced that 10 more will be enough.  Their is fear lurking at the door but I'm going to remain confident that family and friends are well meaning.  It is hard trying to get back into exercising daily but that is my goal.

Way to go Z!  That is the type of motivation I need to hear.
Getting into a toning / exercise routine is my next goal.

Had a busy day at work.  Spent most of the day with an intern - was afraid it was going to slow me down but it was actually fun. 

Today's Intake:
B:   1/4 c. almonds and 1/3 of a banana
L:   1 soy burger w/ 1/2 bun, 5 french fries, 1 cookie
S:   1/3 banana
D:   3/4 filet of Mahi Mahi, 3 bites saffron rice, 2 pieces steamed brocoli, 1 steamed baby carrot, 1/2 slice toast
S:   1 brownie and 8 pieces buffalo popcorn chicken
