I went to WalMart today and I had 3 people tell/ask me that I was loseing weight ! And I tell them that I had surgery too. Not afraid to talk about WLS at all !

I love it when people notice! I tell everyone about mine and when they did you really?...I show them my belly! Scars of pride faking a stand for my life! War wounds...call em what you want....

Well I was in the middle of WalMart I couldn't really pull my shirt up at the time. But I showed the nurse at my regular drs office today. Cause she was wondering what it looked like to have the RNY done. She said she was really proud of me.

Of course they notice - you've lost over 50 lbs and fast too! I am sure you are looking so good!

Holli they do notice and it feels good when they do. I walked into Walgreens today to pick up some cosmetics and got to the counter and the manager said you know I hardly reconize you anymore. She made me feel good.

So yes people notice sometimes more than we do ourselves
