Accountability:Diet and Exercise Thurs. Dec 4th

HA! Can't even believe I'm starting this!! I've been picking all afternoon. and we made christmas cookies today!!

B; 8oz FF milk w/ protein cereal
L ( went out with Hubby) had a 1/2 of Rueban sandwich, but didn't eat the bread either
S: Protein bar
D; 1 hotdog, ( No Bun) Applesauce

Ummm a sugar cookie, and a few small handfuls of those damn Goldfish Pretzels.... oh and a handful of Cheese Doodles.. ( gotta get those outta the house)

Did go to the gym... 45 minutes cardio

B:  1/2 egg and cheese off of a biscuit
S:  Sipped a medium SF vanilla hot latte w/ non-fat milk from McDonalds
L:  Lean Cuisine Salmon Mediterranean meal minus the pasta
D:  1 small baked pork chop, 1/4 c. mashed potatoe, 2 pieces of steamed brocolli and 2 steamed baby carrots
S:  3 saltine crackers w/ cheese

What did I eat? What did I eat? Did I eat...

B: lg coffee with all the goodies
L; 1/2 black n bleu salad from Quizno's and no flat bread
D: 1/2 black and bleu salad and again no bread
S: 1/4 c chicken and pasta ...nauseated!

Exercise; 8 hours of running around like a chicken with its head cut off!

B- 3 pieces of bacon needed protein before going to the gym


L 3 deli thin slices of hard salami and 2 pieces of LF swiss cheese


D- 1 small bowl of chili with LF american cheese

S- another small bowl of chili

 Exercise 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
