I order Champion from Vitalady.com - it is the best IMHO, I love the banana scream and the chocolate.

Lisa, I try to get my protein from food, But sometimes if I'm running late or something I'll grab a protein shake, I use the SlimFast LOW CARB shake it has 20 grams of protein and is pretty good.

I hate protein powders but will get the Walmart one and make a smoothie now and then or add to something I am making to boost it up some. Dawn got me started on the Carnation instant breakfast in the morning. I like it and the milk helps get that handful of meds down! The powder and milk both have protein! I am like Sandy though and push to get it in through food as best I can! Good Luck! Try posting your intake each day on the accountability post as well. I have found that if I have to answer to other people I am alot better in my choices!

vanilla whey protein from walmart and hot cocoa and milk no****er...
like 38 grams of protein a day...
BUNDLE UP AND WALK... gets u away from the kids and u can check out the scenery... I love walking in winter.. makes me walk faster!! lol
