Accountability:Diet and Exercise Wednesday December 3, 2008

Missed work yesterday.  Started my period and felt HORRIBLE.  Worked until 2 today.  Feeling better but no energy.
Have been wrapping some presents, and organizing my bedroom a little.  My ex is finally moving out on Friday.  I am looking forward to the closure.  We are parting well and on good terms.

Today's Intake:

B:  3 oz. p-nut butter w/ pretzels
L:   3/4 c. vegetarian chili, 3 crackers
D:  Veggie Burger from BK - no mayo
S:  1/2 c. spaghetti
S:  1/2 slice pizza and 1 piece SF candie (Russel Stover - Almond Delight)

L Wrap w/ 2 oz ham,1 slice cheese, 1 oz ff Chips-305
S Hummas and a couple crackers-140
D 1 Turkey sausage, applesauce-200

total 1045

may have a small snack

went to the gym... 1 hr cardio, 30 minutes weights

Glad to hear that things are moving toward getting your life settled and hope things will even get better Leslie.

Sandi you are continuing to do well congrats.

I am doing good.  Still in the windy city but plan to return to KY on Sunday. I have not been drinking enough liquids and my protein intake has been short but I am working towards getting it together. 
Wednesday's Intake
1/2 cup oatmeal
3 strips of bacon
1/2 cup mango juice (heated)
2 cups of coffee
2 cups herbal tea
1/2 slice pizza
1 oz gyro meat
1 (16 oz) water
2 chocolate chip cookies

If shoppping counts for exercise then I'm in great shape.
