IT'S WEDNESDAY!!!!!

THE WORK WEEK IS HALF OVER!!!!

I second that!

Happy hump day everyone.   Today I am going to get to see my friend that was in the terrible car crash.   I just can't wait, she is now out of the Nursing home and coming down from Ohio today to have 1 of her cast removed and  to see her bariatric dr we are meeting for supper.  

Vicki...have a great time with your friend.  It's great that you get to see her today!!!

Wooo hooo... Wednesday!  I forget what day it is sometimes but that is my pain meds frying my brain!!
Anyway.. I just got home from the YMCA.  I have been doing the treadmill for 20 mins and upped it to 30 and I didn't keel over!!!!!!!!  Then I work on the weight machines on my arms and abs.  I was huffing but got thru it!  I was going to get in the therapy pool, which is great for my leg.  The heater was broken and they got it fixed this week.  I have missed my pool time!!  There was a water aerobic class going on when I walked in.  They were about 10mins into the hour.  They asked me if I was joining the class.... I was only thinking of floating and stretching.  But dang it... I wasn't toooo tired yet. So I waded right on in!  It was a lot of fun too!  I will definately be doing that again.  Maybe alternate my treadmill and weight machine days with the water aerobics! 
We are going shopping for the child we are buying Christmas for that is on a local Angel Tree.  My hubby and I are not buying for each other this year but instead buying for this child.

I am excited to go to the meeting on Tuesday next week so I can meet some of you fabulous people in person!!!

Thank God.  The rest of the week has to be better than the first 1/2!

Thank you! That is my baby girl Kellie Ann. She will be 4 on 12/15. She has 3 older brothers-20, 14, and 13. So you can say she'll never have a boyfriend--LOL!! Oh she has all of us wrapped around her little finger.
