Accountability:Diet & Exercise - Tuesday, December 2nd

Hi All,  Still in the windy city shopping and cooking with my girls and old friends.
Breakfast - 3 slices of bacon
Lunch - 2 cups of coffee, warmed mango juice
Dinner - 1/4 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup scallopped potatoes
Snack - pure protein bar and wheybolic supreme protein drink.
That's all.  No real exercise unless you count walking around stores, trying on clothes.  Take care all and eat smart.

Sounds like the party is still going strong up there!  I have done pretty good with the holiday and all. I managed to drop 2 more pounds somewhere!  I don't care where it went as long as it stays lost!

Fluids: Not nearly enough!
