Guess I am starting to post about every 2 days now.  Better than nothing I suppose.  Have started Christmas shopping, and working on my budget......that is stressful but I am trying to stay upbeat and remember the true meaning of Christmas.

I have lots to look foward to this month.  At least 2 Christmas parties with my family (mother's side and father's side).  Maybe one with work and I am thinking about inviting some friends over and hosting one myself!

Today's Intake:  Didn't do well today.

B:   1/2 of a breakfast burrito
L:   Chinese:  1/2 c. hot and sour soup w/tofu, few bites rice w/ shrimp, 1 coconut macaroon, 1 brocolli floret, few mushrooms, 2 cucumber slices
D:  chips w/ gucamole and salsa, 1/2 chile relleno, few bites of rice

B: 8oz milk   1 serv. Protein Cereal
L: Wrap w/ 2ox Ham, 1 slice cheese, 1 oz FF chips
S: Bag of Kays Naturals Pretzels
D: Made Beef stew, measured about 3 oz beef, had some pot,carrots,onions


Made it to the gym... did 45 min. cardio and 30 strength

well I can honestly say I have restriction. I keep getting hung up on bread! So that is now out of my diet! Too painful too risk!  I am doing ok though......

B: Forgot to have
L: 4 ozs chicken and 1/2 c fettucini alfredo
D: 3 ozs sirloin steak and 2 bites of baked sweet potato

No exercising really...just playing and shopping all day!
