Is there a Band Vitamin for us???
I heard someone mention that chewing just the two Flinstone vitamins just isn't enough and that we need ALOT MORE....
'I've noticed the hair loss
I've noticed the dry skin....
I read somewhere on the main LApband about some BAnd Vitamin or something?
Anyone know of it, or where to get it? Something Like Vit a Band?? and it's chewable???
Thanks, SAndi

First of all...great pic! You are looking hot...thats why hubby is keeping ya close! Lol...I started taking BIOTIN for the hair loss. It took it about two months to really kick in...but now it works great. My hair is shinier and softer and healthier than ever with minimal hairloss. Mine started when I started going through menopause though.....i take one capsule a day (5000 mg size) and got it at walmart for about $6 for 120 capsules. Give it a try! I also am still taking the wal mart prenatals. Everyone in my family does too. Even Dale...though he swears he may get boobs out of them. He wishes! lol....Just some ideas!

I take fish oil for omega 3's but a wonderful side effect is that I have better skin. Dry skin for me is an everyday hypothyroid thing. But the fish oil is a really good side effect. My mother noticed the same thing.
As for vitamins I bet the liquid ones from Bariatric Advantage would be good for anyone post op.
** The one I read people are very concerned about is Calcium...calcium citrate is what the boards say is best. You can get generics at walmart, as well as citrate mini's, as pill size is a huge factor for most.
>>>>>>>>>>>>hijack...we took our son and a friend to see Bolt and we all loved it. I bet your family would too.
