Sliming

Okay, I know it's gross, but I just wondered if someone could tell me what sliming is actually like.  Since I got my first fill a few days ago, everytime I eat get stuff in my throat... it almost feels like when I have an allergy attack and I get a lot of mucus in the back of my throat. Is this sliming??  So far it hasn't been bad, just annoying. I haven't had any pain but a somewhat uncomfortable feeling in my chest/throat.

also known as foaming, yeah, you need to slow down and chew your food better and make sure your not overeating, i've done this alot since my last fill, can't judge i guess

HI, my Dr is Geller too!  I have one fill and wish I could get in before Dec 22 for my next one.  I seem to really be slowing down on the losing.  I eat way too fast and too big of bites, many years of bad habits that are hard to break.  When you do slime, it will go along with pain. You get a bit  light headed and sorta hot.  Then the mucas starts and if you are lucky it actually comes back up and the pain goes away.  If that happens you need to go awhile on just liquids to give your chest area a rest.  It feels like a brick has landed on you:)  I know Geller told me only pea size bites and chew 15 times.  I thought that was crazy, but it saves you from the above.  Also I have noticed that even with this one fill, sometimes I have restriction and sometimes not.  Not always at the same time of day like some people have.  Every once in awhile it will shift from morning to evening. Keeps me on my toes!  Good luck and hope you do well!
