Accountability:Diet & Exercise - Tuesday, Nov. 25th
Hi everyone: Hope you are all doing well in KY. Chicago is still cold. I have not been exercising but I have been cooking for my girls. I just cook package and freeze. They love it. When they were away at college the DH and I would cook, freeze and cart food to them. The roommates were happy too. They lived on campus and there is nothing like hungry college kids.
My friends were very pleased with my weight loss and I told them how I lost it none were surprized. They were surprized at the difference since April.
Since reaching my sweetspot I have not been eating much and it is still takes a lot of adjustment. I have to be very careful and really chew, chew, chew. Head hunger is finally decreasing. I have eaten more protein bars since being here.
Breakfast - Oatemeal and 2 sausage links
Lunch 2 oz turkey salad
Snack - 1/2 protein bar
Dinner - ?????
Liquids - 2 to 3 cups of tea, 1 qt powerade zero.
It has been hard to get my water down, I have been putting protein powder in my sf pudding that I snack on sometimes. Otherwise things are going well. Take care, Z

L: Lean Cuisine Tilapia, few bites of the rice/cheese/veggie side
S: 1 60 cal. Hershey's Dark Choc. stick
S: few bites of Terra chips
D: 3 oz. Broiled Mahi Mahi, 3 bites fresh steamed brocolli, few bites mashed potatoes, 1/4 slice rye toast
S: 1 slice fresh tomatoe, 3 cucmber slices
Not even going to mention the "E" word!

lunch - McDonalds snack wrap, sugar free vanilla latte with whole milk
snack - peanuts
dinner - bowl of bean soup
snack - chicken tender and about 10 french fries
later snack - popcorn

Well....It was a very stressful day at work needless to say. the atty finally came in to inform us that he could not pay us until Friday...payday was today. I said "Thank you so much for making my Thanksgiving one my family will always remember..." and left. Jackass! Good thing I got all my food two weeks ago! What a big ole poopy head! So without further ado...here is my damage...its not pretty!

Looking at January I think. The downtown meeting at Norton's is going to be a carry in celebration for the holidays I think...try to come! It would be great to see ya!
