Accountability- Diet and Exercise: Sunday Nov. 23, 2008
Trying to get back into posting this! Hope everyone has had a great weekend!
Today's Intake:
B: 1/4 of a Garden Vegetable Omelet fr. Bob Evan's, 2 potatoe cubes
S: 3 Terra Chips
L: 1 Chile Relleno, few bites of a cheese enchilada, chips w/ guacamole - pico de gallo- salsa
D: 5 grilled shrimp, bite of oriental rice, bite of toast, 4 fresh sugar snap peas, 2 cherry tomatoes
S: homemade sugar cookie
EXERCISE: Shopping with my mom and putting up 2 Christmas trees!

I am starting to notice I eat and then have to make myself walk away from that table or I will eat more. Very hard to do...especially with the lunch I had. But I did go to the Y and worked out for an hour and then came home and cleaned and started dinner for tomorrow! Off to bed...nighty night!

Hi all, Went to Wisconsin for a going away gathering. Having a wonderful time and eating well. Band does not like cold weather. I had coffee and a protein bar for breakfast yesterday. Band did not want lunch and so I had a protein bar for lunch. Unfortunately it did want carrot cake for dinner. I ate that and a piece of fried chicken. Tried some french fries and had to give them back. I will try to check in again this week. Take care and make good choices.
