COST OF FILL WITH DR. ALLEN

Could anyone tell me how much a visit with Dr. Allen with a fill is?  I found out I need to pay a percentage of the bill now on.  i lost one of my insurances :( so if any one could tell me thank you. 

for a fill billed to insurance is 124.00 they bill my insurance

thanks Vicki, i have medicare so i should only be billed 20% of that if i am correct. which i hope i am.  thanks again for answering this question and my other questions in the past.
