I know it sounds crazy but...

I am excited for my vascular surgeon's appointment on Monday. I will be tying up some loose ends that day. I will be bringing more paper work to the doc's office, and getting my Cpap that day as well. I will have one month that I have to wear the mechine and then they will send my paperwork that day. OH, but they (the pulm) are making me get an entire set of blood work drawn. They will not accept the set I had done for my WL surgeon in May...ugh! I swear it is a ton of hoops I have to jump thru, but I am doing it.  So, off to Ft. Knox to get my blood work and copies of my results of my PFT so that they will have it- the pulm office said they never got it.  The samething they said boaut the 3-THREE times WL doc's office had sent the papers (and they had the confirmation from the fax).  So, off to knox.
But, even with all of that "stuff" I am so happy to go to the vascular surgeon. I have been told that is the last thing my doc needs me to bring.

So I am getting soooo excited

Thank you...I am getting there. but from what I can tell it will not even be able to be scheduled until mid Jan. Maybe it will spring break and I won't have to miss too much school, but I will tell you that if I do not have to wait til spring break I WON'T.  I am getting there.

blood work is not good after 30 days as things can change that is why they are making you have it done again.  You will have your surgery soon enough all Dr's want to make sure they have their ducks in a row.   But I agree its fustrating that the pulmonary office is not well staffed or untrained.  

It will all fall in place soon enough
