Ok...I can only speak for myself on this, but I having been back to screwing around and not really making an effort on doing what I need to do to get this fat off my @ss. yes I have been eating in smaller amounts but I don't thin**** cream, popcorn, etc....are what I should be chosing. I am a back slidder and I admit it. This is how I got this way and I am just backing down the road I have tried so hard to move forward on!  So I have decided to make a recommitment to this band and go to the Y at least 4 times a week and get on the treadmill. I am not going to hit my goal of under 300 by Christmas if I don't take charge of myself. Come on guys...recommit with me! Post those accountabilities...no matter how bad!

Girl I am with you and ready to go.... I go 2 the Y 3 days a week and I went to the Bariatric Center yesterday to get back on track with nutrition and talked with Casey so I am ready to move on.   I finally have lost the 4 lbs I gained and had lost additional 3 lbs since I saw Dr. Rod 2 weeks ago

ONe thing Dr.  told me was Not to think of it as a diet..

How the heck can I not?? Cause thats whats got me down the 30+ lbs.. If I don't "diet" then I don't loose...

I'm looking forward to my fill tomorrow..Hopefully I'll get some restriction!

Poop on that Sandi...if you have it in your frame of mind and it works...use it to its fullest potential! I need that way of thinking back. I have flat out gotten lazy and eat those slider foods and stuff with way too many calories! I went to the Y this am...feel great! Just did the treadmill and that in itself was enough! I tried the weight loss program on it and could not keep up after about 10 minutes into a 30 minute program. I will keep at it and make it a goal to do it all the way through! That and get under 300 by Christmas! Charge!!!!!

I totally agree I need to get back on track but I'm not sure my brain is fully engaged and doubt it will be until after the holidays!

I have been playing with the same damn 2 pounds FOREVER.  This morning was 182.2....lowest maybe two weeks ago was 180.8.....Get this.....180 pounds would put me under 30 BMI and no longer OBESE!!!

Of course, making S'mores in the microwave every night is completely idiotic!!  Thank you (NOT) to all those who brought marshmallows to the Talley Fest and left them and to Richard who makes them for himself and then offers to make me one too!!  I used to make them when on weigh****chers as one of those babies was just 3 points so even though they are bad they aren't THAT bad until you have them EVERY night.

I want to eat like a NORMAL person but is that really possible for me without continually going over the line??  Maybe my best best is to stay in "diet mode" so the slips are at least less often and pack less of a punch.

OK, I'm going to approach it the good old AA way (contrary to what Richard says we've never been members to that club) and take it ONE DAY AT A TIME!

This morning I snagged two of Gracie's chocolate donut gems but, (being tight in the AM, I promptly redeposited it into the porcelain bank.....do I have to count that?

I'm pledging in front of you guys that as my Christmas gift to myself:  I WILL BE UNDER 180.0 POUNDS (and under a 30 bmi) BY CHRISTMAS !!

I need a proper punishment if I don't make it....any suggestions?

I was thinking about this while on the treadmill..lol...time to let my brain run rampant huh! Scary!   Anyway...maybe we should set up a challange of sorts! Maybe like people do with swearing. Everytime you slip...you pay the kitty  (or jar) a quarter. Bet we could each save some money. Or maybe an extra 15 min for each slip up on their exercise time? I am open to ideas!

I'm not sure the individual kitty thing would work for me since I know I'll get the money back eventually....

How about this,  use poker chips (or pennies) for the kitty and the one with the least amount of chips in their kitty at the end of a set point gets a group reward?

I'm also thinking I might do better with a short-term (daily) reward.

OMG!!!!...  I've got it!!   Lightbulb Idea

If I'm bad I can't turn on the computer at night!!!

ROTFL

It would be a cyber "time out"!!!!!!

hmmm I been thinking about this too!!!
OMG I GOT IT!!! I GOT IT!!!!!
We each set a personal goal.....
then we all draw names...
Then who ever out of the "SETS" looses the most, they get rewarded by the second of the 'SET'....
make sense??
We can set the challenge now to get us thru the holidays and then we can all go to dinner and or something and REWARD the winners....
What ya think?????
We all can use the weight tracker on OH to make sure we are all on the same page???
hmmmm i like it!..............
anyone else??
